YK Series Manual Reset Pressure Controller

Working Principle

When system pressure exceeds the rated safety value, the internal pressure-sensing disc acts instantly. It pushes the safety disc to a locked position via a push rod, driving the switch to disconnect. As pressure drops, the sensing disc resets automatically, but the safety disc remains locked—keeping the switch off. The system resumes operation only when the external button is pressed to unlock the safety disc and re-engage the switch.
