CNC Turning & Milling

We offer a wide range of CNC turning and milling services for various metals, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys and brass. Equipped with over 50 CNC machines, we can handle projects of all sizes and complexities.
Typical Tolerances: Our CNC turning and milling services can achieve up to ±0.002 inches (0.05 mm) for small parts and ±0.005 inches (0.127 mm) for larger parts.
Maximum Processing Size: Our CNC lathes can handle a maximum diameter of 24 inches (610 mm) and a maximum length of 120 inches (305 cm). Our CNC milling machines can handle a maximum working area of 60 inches (1524 mm) x 120 inches (305 cm).

Custom Prototypes

We specialize in creating custom prototypes for customers, helping them turn their ideas into reality. Our dedicated prototyping team has a successful track record in creating prototypes that meet customers' exact specifications.
Typical Tolerances: Our custom prototyping services can achieve up to ±0.001 inches (0.025 mm) for small parts and ±0.003 inches (0.076 mm) for larger parts.
Maximum Prototype Size: The maximum size of custom prototypes is limited by the size of the CNC machines and the complexity of the parts. However, we can usually produce prototypes with a maximum diameter of 12 inches (305 mm) and a maximum length of 48 inches (122 cm).

OEM Manufacturing

We provide OEM manufacturing services for a variety of products, including auto parts, medical equipment, aerospace components, and oil and gas equipment. Our state-of-the-art production facilities are capable of producing large quantities of high-quality products, from small-batch to mass production.
Typical Tolerances: Our OEM manufacturing services can achieve up to ±0.0015 inches (0.038 mm) for small parts and ±0.004 inches (0.102 mm) for larger parts.
Maximum Manufacturing Size: The maximum size for OEM manufacturing is limited by the size of our CNC machines and the complexity of the parts. However, we can usually manufacture parts with a maximum diameter of 36 inches (914 mm) and a maximum length of 120 inches (305 cm).

Small-Batch Production

We are experts in small-batch production, making us the perfect partner for businesses with limited production needs. Our flexible manufacturing processes allow us to produce small-batch products quickly and efficiently.
Typical Tolerances: Our small-batch production services can achieve up to ±0.002 inches (0.05 mm) for small parts and ±0.005 inches (0.127 mm) for larger parts.
Maximum Small-Batch Production Size: The maximum size for small-batch production is limited by the size of our CNC machines and the complexity of the parts. However, we can usually produce small-batch parts with a maximum diameter of 18 inches (457 mm) and a maximum length of 84 inches (213 cm).
