Working Principle

When system pressure exceeds the safe threshold, the internal pressure-sensing disc acts instantly. It pushes the safety disc to a locked position via a push rod, driving the switch to disconnect (OFF at 0.05MPa). As pressure drops to the recovery value (ON at 0.15MPa), the sensing disc resets automatically, but the safety disc remains locked—keeping the switch off. The system resumes normal operation only when the external button is pressed to unlock the safety disc and re-engage the switch.
